I would not want to be attacked by those, even though they're so cute.
Now I really want to build one, except I can't figure out the torso from the upper body down...
Are we going to see any Sho'i natives, or are they just regular robots?
Will there be any heroes specific to this storyline?
And last but not least, does 'first published' mean you've written more, just not posted them yet? :D

Jang, do you know about the BIONICLE Good and Bad Guys? They are little, non-canonical figures of various creatures, very simple, very cool and very stupid at the same time. LEGO didn't sell them as actual sets, but they put them on Duracell batteries' boxes, but they have got official building instructions and actual Bionicle parts (they haven't got exclusive parts, but they are coooool!). I think the best are the 2008 ones. Look at them!
